I am Jesse, the owner of VZ Homes. Serving our community through quality craftsmanship has been one of my greatest joys, and I look forward to the opportunity to work with you.

A little about me: I was born and raised on a farm just outside Rock Valley and married my high school sweetheart, Abby, in 2013. After she graduated from college, we moved to Kalispell, Montana, where I worked under a general contractor building custom homes. That experience is where I discovered my passion for construction and home improvement.

We returned “home” to Iowa after our oldest son was born. While renovating the fixer-upper we purchased, I knew it was time to start my own business doing what I truly love. Today, VZ Homes exists to help you bring your vision to life—whether it’s a new build or a simple remodel. I can’t wait to help make your dreams for your home a reality.
